A pep rally was held to cheer on the delegations for the Olympics and Paralympics. On Wednesday, July 10, the SFC community held a send-off celebration for SFC students, alumni, and faculty members participating in the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games. The delegations include two coaches: Associate Professor Hisashi Mizutori from the Faculty of Policy Management, and Assistant Professor Kenta Chida from the Faculty of Policy Management.

Professor Takaaki Kato of the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, serving as a master of ceremonies, introduced athletes and coaches who will participate in the Paris Olympics or Paralympics. This was followed by congratulatory remarks from Professor Tomoki Kamo, Dean of the Faculty of Policy Management, and Professor Tomohiro Ichinose, Dean of the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies.

The athletes and coaches were greeted with chants of "Good luck in Paris!" and a passionate performance by the Keio Cheer Group which was joined by the students, faculty, and staff members brought much excitement.
